What’s the enforcement? If Trump ignores the courts, who’s going to stop him if not Congress? Lawless behaviour by POTUS should be met with lawless behaviour by the people.
Surely, the people of NYC aren’t stupid/craven enough to reelect Adams to a second term. /s
