Tell me how, then, because I don’t know how to get around the font thing. Everybody’s computer has a different set of fonts, and blocking browsers from seeing what fonts you have installed would help identify you even more.

I’m surprised that the loss of 3rd party apps almost 2 years ago wasn’t the final straw for y’all, but either way I’m glad you finally made it here.

It’s great for gaming and YouTube videos, especially gaming. That’s the main reason why I still use Windows 11 for games. (Well that, and the poor driver support from nVidia.) HDR in every game, even in those without HDR support. No other OS has this capability.

(But to be even more fair, in my experience Lemmy users tend to not give a single flying fuck about Dolby Vision/HDR. 'Cause almost every time I bring up the fact that poor HDR support is the reason why I haven’t fully switched to Linux yet, I get downvotes and people saying things like “wHaT dO yOu NeEd HDR fOr, BrUh? s.RGB Is GoOd EnOuGh!”)

Given that they manufacture TVs for commercial use, they make stadium-sized screens; I’m sure you can find something you’ll like.

Even though Apple lost that lawsuit, Samsung most definitely did copy Apple back then. And this is coming from someone who has never, and will never own an Apple product.

Quite a lot has changed since then. These days Apple products feel extremely outdated, with their square watchfaces and embarrassingly large camera notches and whatnot. It’s embarrassing when compared to modern Android devices.

Unfortunately Windows 11 is the only OS to actually implement HDR properly. For that reason alone I still dual boot it with Arch.
